This is Zencorn’s Privacy Policy, which you should review carefully.
PURPOSE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Zencorn LLC (“Zencorn”, “we” or “us”), is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of New Jersey. We have created the following Privacy Policy to let all users of our service (“you”) know what information we collect when you visit our websites, or use our products, services, cards, or apps (together, our “Service”), why we collect such information, and how it may be used.
We may periodically post changes to this Privacy Policy on this page, and we therefore require you to review the content regularly. We may also notify you of changes by email or through other communication channels.
- HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
2.1 We receive information from our third party service providers when you use their services described in the agreements relating to the matters set forth above, including your name, address, email address, driver’s license number, government-issued ID number, loyalty card number, and checking account information. Our third party service providers shares with us the information you provide to them.
2.2 When you visit our site and use our Service, we may automatically collect information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone, or other device. This information may include your IP address, device information (including, but not limited to, identifier, name and type, operating system, and mobile network information), standard web log information, such as your browser type, and the pages you access on our site.
2.3 When you use a location-enabled device with our Service, we may collect geographical location data or use various means to determine your location, such as sensor data from your device that may, for instance, provide data on nearby cell towers and Wi-Fi access spots.
2.4 We may log information using “cookies.” Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. Cookies help us make our site and Service and your use of them better by allowing us to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
- REGARDING PRIVACY OF MINORS/CHILDREN
You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from individuals under 21. If we become aware that an individual under the age of 21 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information.
- HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your personal information to: (i) operate, maintain, and improve our Service; (ii) respond to comments and questions and provide support to our Members; (iii) send information including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages; (iv) communicate about promotions, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by us or any affiliates; (v) link or combine member information with other personal information; (vi) protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity; and (vii) provide and deliver the Service.
- HOW WE SAFEGUARD YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1 We use the term “personal information” to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not identify a specific user. We take carefully considered and periodically reviewed measures, as described herein, to protect your personal information.
5.2 We store and process your personal and transactional information on our servers in the United States and elsewhere in the world where we, our affiliates, our partners, providers or vendors are located, and we protect that information by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, incorporating tested security technologies, in compliance with applicable laws. We may use network safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, enforce physical access controls, and authorize access to personal information only for those people who require access to fulfill their job responsibilities. Zencorn’s own representatives with access to your personal information are carefully screened, periodically reevaluated, and required to keep all member personal information confidential. Security risks exist and no organization can genuinely promise you otherwise. Bad actors may defeat even the most carefully considered and implemented safeguards.
5.3 We store personal information securely and will retain that information for as long as necessary to maintain the Service, comply with our legal obligations and/or resolve disputes.
5.4 In the event of a breach, intrusion or inadvertent disclosure of private information about you, we will take steps to comply with applicable laws by working with our third party service providers and the Merchant you purchased from. To the extent the law would be deemed to require Zencorn to send notices itself, you agree that Merchant may act as Zencorn’s agent to send you those notices.
- SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1 We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. “Outside parties” means companies other than third parties who assist us in operating our Service, conducting our business, or supporting our members, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and secure and on the same conditions and protection levels we provide to you as a member. This would include Zipline, and any contractor Zipline utilizes. Our agreements with third parties that have access to your personal information generally oblige them to keep your personal information secure and to delete your personal information when access is no longer required. We periodically review the security and confidentiality practices of third parties who we entrust with your personal information. We may also release your information to certified and authorized law enforcement officials when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our terms or policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Zencorn, our members, or others.
6.2 We may use and share your personal information as follows:
- With your consent.
- To comply with applicable laws.
- To respond to governmental requests and legal process.
- To protect our rights, the rights of our affiliates, partners or vendors, the rights of other members, or others. This includes, without limitation, disclosures we may need to make to enforce our agreements, terms and policies.
- In an emergency. This includes protecting the safety of our employees and agents, our members, or other, or protecting the safety of the data.
- To certain employees, affiliates and vendors when necessary for their roles.
- To third parties where your anonymized information will be aggregated with other anonymized information that we have about our other customers to create reports that would help us and third parties understand the behavior of our customers in the aggregate.
- If applicable, with entities that we may merge with or be acquired by. (Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this Policy with respect to your personal information and will provide you with notice of any material changes).
- MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
In compliance with applicable laws, we may send you personalized marketing information, including by email, and such information may include product and service updates, industry news, our events, activities and offers, information about our business and personnel, and tips. We may combine your Personal Data such as age, transaction history, account usage to improve the value and specificity of these communications. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages or information at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link on any marketing message sent to you or by updating your contact preferences. Please note, it may take up to 15 days for this to take effect. Where you opt-out of receiving these marketing messages or publications, this will not apply to Personal Data collected by or provided to us in connection with a specific purpose, request, order, event or activity or any dealings with you, and you may still receive emails from us relating to the operation of the Zencorn service, like transaction confirmations. Non-marketing emails or other electronic communications that you may still receive after an opt-out include emails about your account, transactions, and other aspects of our site or Service. You may send requests about your personal information to our support teams below where you can request to change contact choices, opt-out of our sharing with others to the extent ZencoTM can still function on your behalf without such sharing, and update your personal information.
- CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email, by means of a notice on the ZencoTM Platform, or as otherwise required by applicable law. We strongly encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to be informed regarding how we are using and protecting your information and to be aware of any policy changes. Any changes to this Privacy Policy take effect immediately after being posted or otherwise provided by us. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by Zencorn Group, and services offered on third-party sites to the extent within our control, such as advertising services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to services that have separate privacy notices which do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

Zencorn LLC (“Zencorn”)/ZencoTM Electronic Communications Delivery Policy
In order for Zencorn LLC (“Zencorn”) to provide the ZencoTM digital payment service to merchants and consumers, this policy describes how we deliver communications to you electronically. We may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.
Electronic Delivery of Communications
You agree and consent to receive electronically all communications, agreements, documents, notices and disclosures (collectively, “Communications”) that we provide in connection with your ZencoTM account (“Account”) and your use of Zenco’sTM services, and to treat those communications as official. Communications include:
- agreements and policies you are deemed to agree to (e.g., the Zencorn Terms and Conditions and the Zencorn Privacy Policy), including updates to these agreements or policies;
- annual disclosures and other disclosures relating to your Account;
- transaction receipts or confirmations;
- Account statements and history and any other Account or transaction information; and
- federal and state tax statements we are required to make available to you, if applicable.
Communications shall be deemed to be received by you upon delivery in the following manner: (a) posting them to your Account on the ZencoTM website or in an associated mobile application; (b) posting them on or in a website or mobile application associated with ZencoTM or the services; or (c) sending them via electronic mail to the email address you used to create your Account.
Hardware and Software Requirements
In order to access and retain electronic Communications, you will need the following computer hardware and software:
- a computer or mobile device with Internet or mobile connectivity;
- a current web browser that includes 128-bit encryption (e.g. Internet Explorer version 6.0 and above, Firefox version 2.0 and above, Chrome version 3.0 and above, or Safari 3.0 and above) with cookies enabled;
- the appropriate mobile application, in the case of Communications delivered through such application;
- Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.0 or other software capable of opening documents in .pdf format;
- sufficient storage space to save past Communications or an installed printer to print them; and
- a valid email address (your primary email address on file with ZencoTM).
By giving your consent to this policy, you confirm that you have access to the necessary equipment and are able to receive, open, and print or download a copy of any Communications for your records.
Requesting Paper Copies of Electronic Communications and Withdrawing Consent
The following additional terms will apply to electronic Communications: (a) you may contact Zencorn to request another electronic copy of the electronic Communication without a fee; (b) you may request a paper copy of such electronic Communication within ninety days of the original Communication issuance date, and Zencorn reserves the right to charge a fee to provide such paper copy; (c) you may contact Zencorn to update your registration information used for electronic Communications or to withdraw consent to receive electronic Communications; and (d) Zencorn reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services and any associated third party provider products and services if you decline or withdraw consent to receive electronic Communications. You may contact Zencorn in relation to this policy by using the information available by clicking the “Contact Us” link on the ZencoTM website.
It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address up to date so that Zencorn can communicate with you electronically. You understand and agree that if Zencorn sends you an electronic communication, but you do not receive it because your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, or blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, Zencorn will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you.
